Win7恢复桌面图标小箭头与任务栏锁定功能

在桌面或其他文件夹中，新建文件并将其扩展名更改为.reg，例如命名为“恢复快捷方式小箭头要重启.reg”。复制并保存以下内容到该文件中：

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00  [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\lnkfile] "IsShortcut"=""  [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\piffile] "IsShortcut"=""

保存完成后，双击该注册表文件，系统将更新相关注册表设置。重启系统或注销后重新登录即可修复问题。

此方法可同时解决任务栏锁定功能的问题。
